Update coming for OlgaKay app.

Tuesday, August 23rd, 2011

Earlier today it was reported to us that in our current version of the OlgaKay app, you are unable to save tab-bar customizations.  We have located the source of the issue, repaired it, and have submitted an update to Apple that resolves this issue.

As soon as this update is approved, it will be available for download in the app store.

As always, thank you to our loyal fans who take the time to report these issues to us.  We do our best to repair issues as soon as possible.

Important Updates for ALL Apps – please read!

Thursday, July 7th, 2011

We have released an important set of updates for all of the apps based on our “Vlogger” framework.

GeekUtils has moved to new server hardware – in order to continue to use our apps un-interrupted, please visit the app store and update to the latest versions ASAP. These latest versions were released last week, so if you have already updated – thank you – we hope you’re enjoying the app.

To find out what version(s) you are using, please load the app and take a look at the “About” page (found on the “More” tab inside the app). On the lower right corner of this screen you will find the version number.

The latest versions are as follows:

Please check the version of your applications using the method described above, and compare to the version in the list.  If the versions don’t match what’s shown in this list, please update as soon as possible by visiting the App Store or by clicking the links above.

This update is REQUIRED in order to continue using these applications once the old server is decommissioned.

Thanks, and enjoy!

CTFxC v2.6.1 is now available in the app store.

Thursday, June 23rd, 2011

We just published an update to CTFxC (Internet Killed Television) that adds a cool new load screen, repairs the broken facebook links, and also includes several other small bug fixes and performance enhancements.

Most importantly, the app has been updated to utilize our new server – so it is recommended that EVERYONE update to this latest version.  Within a couple of weeks, the old server will be dismantled and anyone running the older version will be required to update to continue using the app.

To download this latest update, simply visit the app store or go to it automatically by clicking here.

Enjoy!

Thanks for a great Month of May!

Tuesday, June 21st, 2011

We had some incremental updates in May that made our apps even more performant, easier to use, and more stable.  We were happy to see that a huge number of you have chosen to update to the latest versions and we hope you are enjoying the changes.

We have also continued work on our Android versions of these apps.   Unfortunately, the Android framework has it’s own set of challenges, and we are working to ensure that our framework is solid before we release it into the wild.  It’s taking us a bit longer than expected – but we promise it’s in the works.

From May 1, 2011 through May 31, 2011 – our apps were launched a staggering 1,972,674 times!  Almost TWO MILLION.  That’s amazing and so humbling to us.

Again, we thank you for your support, thank you for your patience, and welcome you to contact us using the “About” tab inside any of our apps if you have any suggestions, feature requests, or bug reports.

Thanks Again!

iJustine’s Website Feed is Down

Saturday, May 28th, 2011

You may have noticed that when you load the Unofficial iJustine app, the Mobile tab is reporting an error. This tab works by reading the WordPress feed on iJustine’s site (not the feedburner feed). For some reason, the wordpress feed is reporting an error. Until this error is resolved, the mobile tab will not function.

The workaround is to use the “Web” tab. In the default configuration, the Web tab is located on the more tab. Of course, remember that you can always edit which buttons show up on the main tab bar by using the Edit function from the more screen.

Because we do not have a quick way to contact iJustine (other than her super busy public contact mechanisms) – we can not provide an ETA for when this will be repaired.

When the feed is back up and running, we will post again on this blog. Thanks for using our apps!
