Fitline is available again in the app store.

We took care of a couple of bugs and updated the app to work with the new form factor of the iPhone X.

Check it out!   This update will require you to re-authenticate with fitbit.   This is being done to re-download your tracker data to ensure that what is represented within fitline matches your history as accurately as possible.

Enjoy! If you have any feature suggestions or bug reports, please let us know!

Not sure what you are asking? You authenticate with Fitline using Fitbit credentials – we do not have our own set of user IDs and passwords. If there is trouble with your fitbit account, please contact fitbit for support or try to recover your password through fitbit.com.

Track almost anything on your FitBit watch over almost any time period, even “all time” since the start of FitBit use. It’s fabulous.

Settings are rather rudimentary, being force refresh of data (re-download from FitBit account) and a choice of metric units.

Warning ……… dates shown are in the format mm/dd/yyyy, and there is no way of changing to dd/mm/yyyy. Developers please can you arrange this ?

I downloaded and paid to send data and it wouldn’t let me so I delete it and got a refund but now it won’t let my find it in the App Store so I can try try again and see if it works after reinstall what can I do to fix this issue? I found this site after I requested the refund after I requested the refund.

In order to send your data the only thing that can cause an issue is if you do not have an email address configured on your device. The app does not send you any data directly, it composes an e-mail message that you can send to yourself and initiates the process for you by opening up an e-mail window for you to send. So, if you don’t have an e-mail address configured, it cannot compose a message and open the e-mail program, and this causes a failure.

As for finding it in the app store – you should just be able to search for “fitline” and it should appear. If it is not, it is possible that because you requested a refund, Apple is hiding it from you now. Unfortunately, you’d need to ask Apple if this is the case. I just searched in the store and the app is definitely still showing in listings.

How can I download CSV of weight data from fitbit. Your app seems only to download tracking data as CSV

    • geekutils says:

Currently we only support tracker data. We will be updating the app soon for a couple of new screen formats and we are looking at adding Weight data as well.
